Insurance
In order to find out if your insurance plan will cover your treatment, call the phone number listed on the back of your insurance card and ask if they list the Knoxville Psychological Center or your individual counselor as an "in network" provider. Please call us if you need assistance with this process.
Also, most insurance plans have out-or network benefits that will cover some portion of the treatment even if a particular psychologist is not listed as an in network provider.
Directions
The office is convenientyl located in "the District" in Bearden. Take the Papermill Exit from I-40 and proceed onto Northshore Drive. At Northshore and Kingston Pike turn left (heading east) , turn left onto Carr Street (at Fischer Tire), turn right onto an alley behind the La Rumba parking lot and the center's parking lot is the second one on the left.
